Senior Software Localization Project Manager (AI)

Location: Multiple locations in the United States; candidates must be lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position.

What you will do

• Manage localization of new UI features across App Store, Commerce, Wallet, iOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, and Web.
• Deliver high-quality localized features in up to 50 languages simultaneously.
• Coordinate deliverables, schedules, strategies, and status reporting across major project phases.
• Represent UI Localization when working with Engineering, Editorial, vendors, and QA teams.
• Use AI, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration to optimize localization production, automate validation, and prevent rework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in localization, project management, or a related technical field.
• Solid understanding of software release cycles, internationalization standards, and localization QA.
• Hands-on experience with localization CMS, CAT/MT/ML tools, and bug-tracking systems.
• Experience managing multiple languages and large volumes of data across up to 50 languages simultaneously.
• Experience using AI tools and prompt engineering to optimize project management, automate validation, and streamline localization workflows.
• Ability to create detailed localization requirement documents, manage schedules, and report project status.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to execute independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination with engineering, editorial, vendors, and QA teams.
• Ability to identify and prioritize key deliverables and immediately escalate blockers to multifunctional partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with iOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, and Web platforms.
• Strong familiarity with Client Media products, including App Store, Commerce, Wallet, and iCloud.
• Experience in software localization, internationalization, or globalization operations.
• Experience in e-commerce or media-related international marketplaces.
• Native-level fluency in one or more languages besides English.
