Flutter Developer

Location: Remote within the United States; the posting also lists Irving / Las Colinas, TX.

Salary: $115,000–$165,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop or guide mobile application features, architecture, and reusable components.
• Integrate mobile applications with APIs, identity, analytics, notifications, and device capabilities.
• Ensure responsive behavior, accessibility, performance, and secure handling of user data.
• Create automated tests and troubleshoot device, operating system, network, and release issues.
• Coordinate with product, design, backend, QA, and release teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• 4+ years of related professional experience, subject to the approved requisition threshold.
• Practical experience with Flutter, Dart, widgets, state management, navigation, platform channels, testing, and cross-platform releases.
• Professional experience in mobile application development, testing, architecture, or design.
• Knowledge of iOS, Android, or relevant cross-platform technologies.
• Experience with mobile application lifecycles, APIs, device capabilities, and debugging.
• Understanding of mobile testing, performance, accessibility, and secure data handling.
• Ability to collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, or H-1B transfer candidates.

Nice to have

• Additional hands-on depth in the specified Flutter and mobile development technologies.
• Experience with cloud services, automation, and modern delivery practices.
• Familiarity with secure development, accessibility, governance, or regulatory requirements.
