Marketing & Branding Intern (Semiconductor Technology)

Location: Munich HQ, Germany; onsite. Full-time internship for 4–6 months with work from the Munich office required.

hirify.global is a Munich-based deep-tech spin-off of the Technical University of Munich that develops and manufactures semiconductor inspection systems using quantum sensing.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day branding and maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Plan and execute trade show appearances, including booth concepts, materials, logistics, shipping, and vendor coordination.
• Organize company events and customer visits from invitations through follow-up.
• Create decks, flyers, brochures, posters, booth materials, merchandise, and related supplier processes.
• Turn trade shows, customer installations, and company milestones into LinkedIn and website content.
• Build reusable templates, checklists, and marketing processes while gathering input from technical, commercial, and management stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communication, Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
• First experience in marketing, branding, event management, or content creation, ideally in a B2B technology environment.
• Strong design skills and confidence using tools such as Canva or Figma.
• Clear writing skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics without oversimplifying them.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts under trade show and event deadlines.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to quickly learn complex technology and explain its value.
• Ownership mentality, with the ability to drive topics independently through completion.
• Fluent English is required.
• Availability for a full-time internship of 4–6 months and ability to work from the Munich office are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with LinkedIn company pages, Webflow or another CMS, or AI tools for content production.
• Background in physics, engineering, or another technical field.
• German language skills.
