Treasury Project Manager (AI/Kyriba)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid workplace with remote Fridays

What you will do

• Support day-to-day treasury operations and ensure continuity across the team.
• Manage daily cash management and liquidity monitoring across France and international affiliates using Kyriba TMS and electronic banking platforms.
• Design, implement, and validate automated workflows using AI and Kyriba, including bank statement analysis, notifications, and budget code entry.
• Analyse and improve cash forecasting processes, including potential rollout of new Kyriba modules.
• Assess purchase order, invoice, and payment workflows for fraud risks.
• Implement controls and tracking mechanisms to mitigate fraud and ensure end-to-end traceability between purchase orders and payments.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting from a business school, engineering school, or university.
• At least 4 years of experience in cash management combined with a proven track record in project management.
• Hands-on experience with Kyriba TMS and electronic banking platforms.
• Proficiency with AI tools, including writing effective prompts with clear context, expected output formats, and examples.
• Ability to design safeguards such as preventing cell overwrites, checking balance discrepancies, and setting up alerts.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to challenge existing processes and propose pragmatic improvements.
• Rigorous, proactive, autonomous, and ownership-oriented approach.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluent spoken and written French and English.
