Corporate Treasury Manager (AI)

Location: Paris, Île-de-France Region, France

Monthly salary starts at €9,401.97 plus allowances based on eligibility; exempt from French income tax.

What you will do

• Lead the treasury team and provide strategic advice on liquidity, short-term investments, banking arrangements, financial risks and treasury operations.
• Oversee treasury transactions, reconciliations, cash management, liquidity and short-term investments across multiple bank accounts and currencies.
• Develop short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, treasury performance reports, liquidity reporting and risk reporting for senior management and governing bodies.
• Manage banking partner relationships, negotiate banking arrangements, and support financial statement preparation and treasury-related audits.
• Lead treasury modernisation, process optimisation, system reviews, automation and continuous improvement while strengthening internal controls.
• Develop dashboards and analytical models, integrate treasury, banking and ERP data, and implement appropriate AI-enabled solutions with human oversight, auditability and compliance.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or a related discipline, together with a professional accountancy or advanced treasury qualification.
• At least eight years of progressively responsible experience in treasury management, corporate finance or financial management, including significant treasury leadership experience.
• Experience leading the digital transformation of treasury functions through treasury technologies, automation and data analytics while strengthening controls.
• Experience leading technology-enabled process improvements from business requirements and benefit assessment through implementation and evaluation.
• Experience managing liquidity, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships and short-term investments within a complex organisation.
• Expertise in standardising and optimising treasury processes, continuous improvement, internal controls, liquidity management and risk management.
• Strategic judgement with the ability to translate complex issues into clear recommendations and actionable proposals.
• Experience leading and developing a team in a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
• Advanced proficiency in treasury management and ERP systems, business intelligence, data visualisation and analytical modelling tools, including combining and interpreting data from multiple sources.
• Fluency in one hirify.global official language, English or French, and knowledge of the other, with a commitment to reach a good working level.

Nice to have

• Practical experience assessing or deploying AI-enabled solutions in a financial environment, including their limitations and governance requirements.
• Experience with SAP, banking platforms, AI-enabled solutions and payment technologies.
