Senior Backend Software Engineer (Cloud Security)

Location: Remote, Tel Aviv

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, and production maintenance of complex backend projects.
• Drive scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectural and technology decisions.
• Own critical backend components and improve system performance, efficiency, and stability.
• Lead design and code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Frontend and DevOps teams on end-to-end features.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Backend Engineering experience using high-level programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or Go.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable, distributed backend systems.
• Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms and services.
• Experience building data-intensive systems and working with message queue technologies.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and production environments.
• Ability to lead complex technical projects, drive architectural decisions, and take end-to-end ownership.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
