AI Solutions Engineer

Location: United States; Seattle, Washington office location and remote options in Florida, Illinois, Wisconsin, and the United States

Salary: $133,100–$262,600 per year

What you will do

• Scope, design, and build applications and infrastructure components for application-hosting solutions.
• Build intelligent autonomous agentic solutions that streamline business processes and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Develop utilities, tools, data fixes, and Sage Intacct page-level customizations for implementations and internal initiatives.
• Integrate data between systems using APIs and coordinate with internal staff, external development vendors, and customer development teams.
• Optimize AI-based solutions for token efficiency and performance.
• Participate in professional development and support the growth of team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least eight years of experience developing applications in a cloud-based environment, specifically AWS.
• Significant hands-on experience designing and developing AI- or agent-based solutions, including agents on MCP servers using Amazon Bedrock Agent Core and integrations with LLM provider APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and Claude Code.
• Strong understanding of AWS architecture, services, and features, including containers, serverless architecture, security, and networking.
• Development experience with Python and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating data between systems using APIs.
• Excellent analytical, technical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with PHP, NodeJS, and React.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
