Product Designer

Location: NSW, Australia; flexible hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote or from home.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product experience across the website and mobile app.
• Design simple, accessible experiences aligned with customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, rapidly testing ideas.
• Partner with engineers, Product, Technology, Marketing, CX, CVM, and external partners to deliver and refine digital releases.
• Use research, analytics, experiments, and A/B tests to identify customer frustrations and improve journeys.
• Maintain UX guidelines and grow the design system with reusable patterns and components.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of UX experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and customer-focused design.
• Experience taking products from early discovery through production while working closely with engineers.
• Experience designing across shared web and app platforms.
• Experience with journey mapping, usability testing, and end-to-end customer journey improvement.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, and external partners.
• Comfort using data and testing to make UX decisions.
• Practical, adaptable approach in a fast-paced team, with sound commercial judgement and a track record of growing digital results.
• Alignment with the values of empathy, simplicity, agility, and reliability; curiosity about new technology, AI, and digital product development.

Nice to have

• Flutter experience, as the web and app platforms are built with Flutter.
