Location: Full remote with occasional in-person sessions in Portugal; Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do

  • Deliver practical AI training sessions and workshops from foundational concepts through advanced workflow building.
  • Run live demonstrations and guide participants through hands-on exercises using real work tasks and reference cases.
  • Teach prompting, document and data analysis, source-based research, output verification, and safe AI use.
  • Guide participants in building reusable workflows, agents, and assistants with tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate, custom GPTs, Claude skills and connectors, and Gemini Gems.
  • Develop, maintain, validate, and update prompt libraries, reference cases, sample files, and one-page training guides.
  • Adapt examples and exercises for sales, HR, finance, customer service, and operations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on professional experience using AI tools.
  • Daily professional use of at least one of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or Claude; indicate the tools used and proficiency level for each.
  • Proven experience building and deploying real AI workflows, agents, or assistants in a professional setting, beyond personal experimentation.
  • Practical knowledge of relevant ecosystems, such as Microsoft 365 for Copilot or Google Workspace for Gemini.
  • Solid understanding of AI limitations, data privacy, and safe-use practices in business environments.
  • Proven experience as a trainer, facilitator, or leader of AI adoption within teams.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, both online and in person.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with automation tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or equivalents.
  • Vendor certifications from Microsoft or Google.
  • Trainer certification such as CCP.
