What you will do

• Support production management and business teams with planning and coordination of productions and shows.
• Work on location and support outside broadcasts, studio, office, and location-based production work.
• Complete production paperwork and support rights clearance and reporting.
• Manage staffing rotas and staff leave, and book transport and accommodation.
• Support budget management, payment processing, and the setup of hirify.global equipment and systems.
• Learn and apply health and safety and compliance practices while completing the Level 4 apprenticeship.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or over by the apprenticeship start in September 2027.
• Must have lived continuously in the UK for the three years before the apprenticeship starts.
• Must be legally eligible to work full-time in the UK for the entire apprenticeship.
• Must not be enrolled in another apprenticeship or already hold a qualification in the same subject at the same or higher level.
• The scheme is aimed at non-graduates; no media experience or qualifications are required.
• Strong organisation, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, teamwork, resilience, responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and demands, with flexibility for out-of-hours working.
• Passion for the production management side of content creation rather than primarily developing content ideas.
• Candidates under 19 on 7 September 2027 must have, or obtain before the end-point assessment, the required Maths and English GCSE, National 5, Functional Skills Level 2, or equivalent qualification.
