Senior Product Analyst - Allegro Pay (Machine Learning and Analytics)

What you will do

• Contribute to strategy and set directions for financial services offered on hirify.global.
• Analyze product initiatives and provide recommendations to key decision-makers.
• Calculate financial metrics such as incrementality and customer lifetime value.
• Ensure auditability, reliability, repeatability, and reusability of data processes and code.
• Design data-driven business processes and participate in their production implementation.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Risk Specialists, Software Engineers, and other experts across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a product analyst, data analyst, or data engineer; consulting or financial-institution experience is welcome.
• Fluent SQL skills, including complex query writing and query optimization.
• Experience creating dashboards in BI tools, preferably Tableau.
• Experience with Python for data processing and analytics.
• Knowledge of experimental design, A/B testing methodologies, and product analytics metrics.
• Ability to transform data into insights, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations.
• Attention to repeatable and reusable code; Git knowledge is an advantage.
• Interest in developing both technical and business skills, with an independent, proactive, inquisitive, meticulous, and collaborative approach.
• Polish and English at least at B2 level.

• Experience gained in consulting or a financial institution.
• Tableau experience.
• Knowledge of Git.
