• Evaluate, monitor, and improve Voice AI Agents operating at scale.
• Analyze how AI systems behave in real-world patient conversations and operational workflows.
• Identify where Voice AI creates value, where it fails, and what should be improved next.
• Use production evidence to influence product decisions.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Operations, and AI.

Requirements

• Experience analyzing AI products or systems in production.
• Ability to evaluate AI behavior, identify failure points, and translate findings into product improvements.
• Interest in Voice AI Agents and their use in healthcare workflows.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and AI teams.
