Company

hirify.global's Automation team builds and operates AI and conventional product features that automate clinical and operational workflows, including medical documentation, patient issue resolution, intake verification, provider tooling, and backend pipelines.

What you will do

  • Own analytics for the Automation team across classical product features and AI-powered features.
  • Turn production system behavior into evidence the team can act on.
  • Analyze which features work, where systems fail silently, and what should be improved next.
  • Evaluate AI-powered workflows alongside UI, backend workflows, integrations, and conventional product features.
  • Work with Product, Engineering, MedOps, and Clinical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Product Analyst across a full product surface.
  • Ability to analyze production behavior and identify failures, performance issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Experience combining product analytics, AI evaluation, and operational analysis.
