Product Analyst (AI/AB Testing)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid 4/1 model with 30 days of occasional remote work

hirify.global operates a large eCommerce platform and is building an internal AB testing platform within its AI Hub.

What you will do

• Process and analyze large datasets in Google Cloud Platform, with ETL as a major part of the role.
• Ensure data integrity and the statistical reliability of experiment results.
• Design and implement new platform capabilities with data and software engineers.
• Monitor feature adoption, validate metrics, and drive automated insights generation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics, and data engineering teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with data, ideally in eCommerce.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Understanding of statistics and probability is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to quickly understand complex ideas, and calm decision-making under pressure.
• Strong English communication skills required for everyday team communication and formulating analytical problems.
