Location: Virginia Beach, VA, United States; onsite in the corporate office

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year. The anticipated Virginia hiring range is $49,379.88–$65,839.84.

What you will do

• Manage design projects from start to finish while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Design, scale, and rebrand print materials such as publication ads, direct mailers, flyers, billboards, signs, and other large-format assets.
• Create digital graphics for web banners, social media, email layouts, and website campaigns.
• Develop logos, custom infographics, presentation templates, and other creative assets.
• Edit and manipulate images for print and digital use.
• Maintain brand standards, design guidelines, asset libraries, file organization, budgets, timelines, and work plans.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional design experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related visual arts program.
• Strong command of design principles, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, color, typography, visual problem-solving, and print and digital media usability across mobile and desktop.
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals; applicants must submit both a resume and portfolio.
• Highly proficient in macOS and experienced in a Mac-based creative environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, mainly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; basic prepress and production knowledge required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with emerging AI tools for sourcing, generating, and enhancing imagery while using AI to complement original creative work.
• Motivated, collaborative, adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities, receive constructive feedback, and work additional time when necessary.

Nice to have

• Large-format print production and vehicle wrap design experience.
• After Effects, Google Web Designer, Adobe Express, Canva, or Figma experience.
• Strong copywriting, content structure, and storytelling abilities.
• Knowledge of Monday.com project management software.
