Production Designer (Print)

What you will do

• Translate approved concepts into mechanical files, die-lines, and production-ready artwork.
• Prepare, package, and preflight print files, including bleeds, trim and safety margins, color management, resolution checks, layout, and imposition.
• Coordinate with print vendors on specifications, proofs, timelines, corrections, and press checks.
• Batch process, resize, and adapt artwork across formats while maintaining brand standards.
• Build and maintain Figma presentation decks, master templates, slide layouts, asset libraries, and organized final-file archives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Retail, designers, stakeholders, and vendors on deliverables, deadlines, handoffs, and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in production design, prepress, or a creative support role within an agency, in-house team, lifestyle brand, or fashion brand environment.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating strong layout, typography, production detail, print work, and presentation work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Keynote, and/or Google Slides, including master slides and templates; Figma experience is required.
• Understanding of print production processes, including file setup, color profiles, preflight, imposition, paper stocks, and finishing techniques.
• Experience preparing files for vendors and resolving issues with commercial printers.
• Strong time management, organization, communication, collaboration, initiative, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt existing creative into new formats while preserving design intent.
