Senior User Acquisition Manager (Social Casino)

What you will do

• Run user acquisition across paid social, Google Ads, demand-side platforms, Connected TV, and radio/podcasts.
• Own Google Search campaigns from planning through reporting and optimize performance across channels.
• Create ad creative with AI tools such as Higgsfield and use Claude or similar assistants for analysis, reporting, copy ideas, and workflows.
• Manage budgets and optimize CPI, CPA, LTV, and ROI.
• Test creative, landing pages, and targeting, then scale effective approaches.
• Partner with marketing, product, and analytics teams, identify new channels, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns, ideally in mobile gaming or social casino.
• Experience running Google Search campaigns at scale with demonstrable results.
• Experience using AI tools such as Higgsfield or similar creative tools and Claude or a similar AI assistant.
• Knowledge of attribution and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
• Ability to turn data into clear decisions and explain recommendations effectively.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and operate in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with additional acquisition channels, including paid social, programmatic, or affiliate.
• Familiarity with the social casino market and player behavior.
