Americas Delivery Center - Financial Crimes Compliance Analyst (AML)

Location: Hybrid work from the Americas Delivery Center in Blue Ash, Ohio, and/or a remote residence; onsite work at the center may be required up to 100% of the time depending on project parameters. Reliable transportation is required.

Starting salary: $41,000–$67,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Review and assess demographic, financial, and transactional information for potentially suspicious or unusual activity.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate red flags related to anti-money laundering, fraud, and financial exploitation typologies.
• Research client systems, open-source public records, and third-party investigative tools to establish or validate subject profiles.
• Document observations concisely according to client policies and procedures and recommend next steps.
• Support assigned projects through research, testing, validation, reporting, and other client-driven delivery activities.
• Collaborate with project teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and ADC personnel to deliver client outcomes.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with related work experience or a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant academic area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new information and skills, adapt to changing roles and requests, and accept coaching and feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for articulating key findings and results.
• Detail-oriented, organized, innovative, and adaptable approach to varied projects and tasks.
• Ability to work from the required Blue Ash, Ohio location when project parameters require onsite attendance, potentially up to 100% of the time.
