Overnight Retail Support Specialist (Mobile POS)

Location: Melville, NY; onsite

What you will do

• Handle support incidents from internal teams and external retail clients, providing direct support for client stores.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mobile POS issues involving hardware, software, and networks.
• Escalate Priority 1 and risk-related incidents to Senior Analysts and management.
• Document and track calls, provide restorative or maintenance actions, and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Prioritize multiple simultaneous requests, keep customers informed, and identify incoming-call trends.
• Recommend standards and procedures for support operations.

Requirements

• Experience dealing with customers and resolving customer problems.
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Self-starter mindset in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Familiarity with the retail environment.
• Ability to work the overnight schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to actively use AI tools in day-to-day work, work organization, and problem solving, with curiosity and willingness to experiment.
