Lighting Algorithm Research Intern (Embedded Software): Studying and improving lighting-effect algorithms for Logitech Gaming products with an accent on MCU code design, algorithm assessment, and proof-of-concept validation. Focus on designing lighting effects for Nordic, STM, and Artery microprocessors, building test procedures, and investigating WebHID interfaces.
Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan; hybrid workplace.
Internship period: March 1, 2027–June 30, 2027.

What you will do
- Study and improve lighting-effect algorithms implemented in Gaming products.
- Investigate MCU code design flows for lighting effects on Nordic, STM, and Artery microprocessors.
- Assess opportunities for lighting algorithm improvement.
- Set up testing and validation procedures for proof-of-concept implementations.
- Investigate WebHID user-interface interfaces.
Requirements
- Python programming skills.
- C and C++ programming skills.
- Knowledge of hardware design.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

- Understanding of microprocessor architecture.
