Senior Solutions Enable Engineer (Embedded Software)

What you will do

• Develop embedded software for data center solutions.
• Design and implement software for embedded devices and systems from requirements through production and commercial deployment.
• Collaborate with silicon design teams to support new feature development and validation and define software requirements and specifications.
• Develop and maintain device drivers and upper-layer software stacks.
• Work with validation teams to ensure software quality.
• Debug and troubleshoot software while tracking developments in embedded software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 3–8 years of experience in embedded systems software development.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python development.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, embedded Linux, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Knowledge of communication protocols including USB, SPI, I2C, and UART, as well as device driver development.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with multiple groups.
• Strong sense of responsibility and an active working style.
• Successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of the right to work in Taiwan are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Verilog.
• Experience with OpenBMC development.
