Sr Principal Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Develop AI models for electrothermal, electromagnetic, and structural simulations.
• Monitor emerging AI technologies and research directions.
• Lead research on the generalization and interpretability of large models in complex physics scenarios.
• Integrate research advances into products to improve simulation accuracy and performance.

Requirements

• Strong intellectual curiosity in artificial intelligence and up-to-date knowledge of deep learning advances, including large language models and generative models.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with autoencoders, Transformers, Fourier neural operators, and diffusion models.
• Excellent programming skills in Python and C/C++.
• MS or PhD in a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor chip design or 3D-IC technologies.
• Publications in leading AI, computational science, or engineering conferences and journals.
