Senior Sourcing Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; based in the Manchester office with 4 days per week onsite

Light & Wonder is an iGaming company with a global Procurement team supporting the wider enterprise.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing across indirect categories including IT and software, professional services, facilities, marketing, travel, and contingent labour.
• Develop sourcing and category strategies aligned with business needs and commercial objectives.
• Run RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes from requirements gathering and market analysis through evaluation and supplier selection.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts while balancing cost, quality, service, and risk.
• Partner with stakeholders and Legal, Finance, Information Security, and Data Protection teams on requirements, business cases, contracts, due diligence, and supplier risk.
• Manage supplier performance, sourcing reporting, savings pipelines, onboarding, and Source-to-Purchase Order process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven procurement or strategic sourcing experience, ideally with strong exposure to indirect categories.
• Experience running competitive sourcing and tender processes and delivering measurable commercial value.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, including confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Good understanding of commercial contracts, supplier risk management, and relevant UK procurement legislation.
• Experience managing multiple sourcing projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Good knowledge of supply chain, sourcing, and category management principles and best practices.
• A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
