Supply Chain Manager (Electronics Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Plan and monitor electronic component availability against production schedules and weekly, monthly, and annual demand forecasts.
• Coordinate suppliers and factories, manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain production material availability.
• Procure equipment and materials in China and internationally, including supplier negotiations and delivery arrangements.
• Organize domestic and international shipments and prepare shipping, customs, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate supplier payments, track customer payments, and collect documentation for accounting and tax reporting.
• Arrange pre-shipment quality inspections against internal quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience managing supply chain operations for electronics manufacturing, including component procurement and supplier coordination.
• Strong understanding of purchasing processes, inventory planning, logistics, and international shipping documentation.
• Experience managing supplier and factory orders, delivery schedules, and production material availability.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and deadlines.
• Native-level Chinese and good spoken and written English required.
