⚖️ Head of Legal — International Business
🌍 Remote · Full-time · Potential relocation to Cyprus
An established iGaming company is looking for a Head of Legal to build the legal function for its expanding international division, support new market entry and hire a dedicated team.
Your focus:
— International corporate structuring and governance.
— Legal support for expansion into new markets.
— Commercial, investment and intercompany agreements.
— Licensing, compliance and relationships with regulators, banks and payment providers.
— Building the legal team and managing external counsel.
What you bring:
— 10+ years of international legal experience in tech, including 5+ years in leadership.
— A track record of establishing or restructuring international corporate groups.
— Strong expertise in corporate law and cross-border contracts.
— Team leadership experience and willingness to handle key legal matters directly.
— Upper-Intermediate English or above and fluent Russian.
iGaming experience is a plus.
