Middle Technical Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Minsk; other locations include Tbilisi and Chișinău. Remote B2B work is available in Georgia, and onsite, hybrid, or remote work is available in Belarus and Moldova.

What you will do

• Coordinate delivery of technical initiatives across engineering teams supporting payment services, integrations, and backend systems.
• Track progress, commitments, milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Identify blockers proactively, follow up through resolution, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Work with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Product Owners, and QA to clarify requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes.
• Maintain accurate project information in Jira and Confluence and facilitate focused team meetings.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve delivery predictability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical product management, project management, business analysis, or a similar role.
• English B2+ or higher, including the ability to participate in and facilitate meetings.
• Experience working with software engineering teams.
• Understanding of software development processes, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-team dependencies.
• Proactive mindset, strong follow-up skills, and ownership of tasks and problems through resolution.
• Clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work independently.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Agile practices and delivery metrics.
• Experience in Payments or FinTech.
