Middle Technical Product Manager (Payments)

Location: Minsk, Belarus. Onsite, remote, and hybrid work formats are available.

What you will do

• Coordinate delivery of technical initiatives across engineering teams developing payment services, integrations, and backend systems.
• Track progress, commitments, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and delivery risks.
• Identify blockers proactively, follow up through resolution, and communicate risks with proposed next steps.
• Work with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Product Owners, and QA to clarify requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes.
• Facilitate focused team meetings and maintain accurate Jira and Confluence information.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve delivery predictability.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in technical Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• English at B2 level or higher, including the ability to participate in and facilitate meetings.
• Experience working with software engineering teams.
• Understanding of software development processes, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-team dependencies.
• Proactive mindset, strong follow-up skills, and ownership of tasks and problems through resolution.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and escalate issues when necessary.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Agile practices and delivery metrics.
• Experience in Payments or FinTech.
