Content Strategist (SaaS)

What you will do

• Shape the strategy for what hirify.global publishes, why it matters, and how it aligns with the company voice, product, and customers.
• Translate complex technical and product ideas into clear, structured content for enterprise audiences.
• Plan content with Product, Marketing, and Sales to support launches, explain value, and build trust.
• Build and maintain content guidelines and systems that scale while preserving consistency and quality.
• Help define hirify.global’ market presence through clear, precise, and useful messaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience planning and creating content in fast-growing technology or SaaS companies.
• Strong track record shaping narratives, developing brand voice, and building high-quality editorial systems that drive meaningful business results.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to clarity, tone, and structure.
• Strategic approach to content, including understanding its purpose, audience, and connection to business goals.
• Fluency with AI tools such as LLMs and AI writing and research assistants; ability to fact-check and edit AI-assisted work for accuracy, voice, and quality.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, gather input, and maintain focus and momentum.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
