Full-Stack Engineer (Backend Leaning) - Studio

Location: Remote from the United States, Poland, United Kingdom, or Bulgaria

What you will do

• Own the “produce once, distribute everywhere” workflow for Studio.
• Build a greenfield workflow that sends finished Studio projects through the dubbing pipeline.
• Enable production of projects in multiple languages and aspect ratios with auto-translated captions.
• Shape specifications through written RFCs and pressure-test data structures with the team lead.
• Carry the project from first draft through launch.

Requirements

• Strong backend generalist experience designing and shipping complex, data-heavy systems end to end.
• Comfort with enterprise-grade concerns such as usage reporting and accounts.
• Evidence of product ownership through side projects, open source, or product-facing work.
• Experience taking projects from inception to launch with little hand-holding.

Nice to have

• Experience with media or video-processing pipelines.
