Operations Manager (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Build and manage partnerships for new game projects and guide partner studios toward global launches.
• Track market trends, genres, and competitors and turn findings into insights for company focus and strategy.
• Scout promising studios and projects for potential publishing partnerships.
• Support the MGVC Publishing team with internal communications and presentations for senior management and partners.
• Coordinate projects and processes so MGVC Publishing projects receive required services from internal teams.

Requirements

• University degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a similarly fast-paced, analytics-heavy environment.
• Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset.
• Fluent English required for daily work with international partners and platforms.
• Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, and preparing materials.
• Strong knowledge of the games industry and genuine interest in games.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow through independently.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to build clear, well-structured presentations.
