Game Producer (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Oversee the game development process, keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead designers, artists, programmers, and other staff while fostering collaborative and innovative development.
• Set quality standards, conduct regular reviews, and ensure projects meet or exceed industry standards.
• Align project goals and strategies with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage budgets through resource allocation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Identify production risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of game production experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven experience successfully managing AAA, co-development, and game porting projects.
• Creative, pragmatic, and able to find effective solutions to overcome development obstacles.
• Ability to drive multiple functions throughout the full development process.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills for delivering quality projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Fluent English.
