Producer (Games) - UK Only (Remote/Hybrid - Brighton)

Location: Remote or hybrid in the UK; hybrid work is based in Brighton. Candidates must have a valid UK work visa.

What you will do

• Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies for multidisciplinary teams, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate planning and delivery activities, milestone tracking, and project timelines.
• Act as a communication link between technical and non-technical teams and keep Content, QA, Publishing, and other internal teams aligned.
• Manage project risks and provide stakeholder updates.
• Administer Jira across multiple projects, including workflows, automations, reporting, and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement of team processes, tools, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating Agile ceremonies for multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to support milestone planning and tracking and maintain alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Ability to facilitate communication and alignment between technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with risk management and stakeholder updates.
• Experience administering Jira across multiple projects, including workflows, automations, reporting, and process improvements.
• Valid UK work visa.
