PCI Compliance Analyst (Payments)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with remote work listed for Poland

What you will do

• Manage one or more client portfolios and maintain accurate portfolio information.
• Drive awareness of PCI DSS requirements and improve compliance rates to meet card-scheme requirements.
• Consult merchants, sales, and internal departments on PCI DSS questions.
• Maintain frequent contact with merchants and sales and use client feedback to create value.
• Execute bi-annual scheme reporting for Visa, Mastercard, and other acquiring partners.
• Prepare internal reports and support portfolio-related business tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Essential experience in PCI DSS, compliance, audit, risk management, legal, certification, IT or IT security consulting, client or portfolio management in the payment industry, or equivalent knowledge.
• Fluency in English and Polish is required.
• Strong consulting, written communication, verbal presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Accurate, structured work with attention to detail and strong organization and time management.
• Critical and conceptual thinking, practical judgment, clear and empathetic communication, and collaboration across all job levels.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the credit card business or card schemes.
