We are looking for a Go Developer to join our team building a next-generation business banking mobile application based on microservices architecture.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain microservices in Go, ensuring high code quality.
- Design and optimize database schemas and integrate with external systems via APIs.
- Manage containerization, orchestration, monitoring, and logging.
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and business analysts.
- Perform performance and security testing while maintaining project documentation.
Requirements
- Must be based in Kazakhstan.
- Level of English - from Intermediate+ and above.
- Level of Russian - from Advanced and above.
- 3+ years of commercial Go development experience, including participation in banking or fintech projects.
- Strong knowledge of Go standard libraries (net/http, context, sync, etc.) and concurrency patterns.
- Experience with high-load, fault-tolerant services and distributed systems principles.
- Proficiency in building clean architecture (DDD, Hexagonal) and designing REST/gRPC APIs.
- Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.) and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
