Electronics Semiconductor Product Marketer (Semiconductor Materials)

Location: Shanghai, China; on-site. Travel: 25–30%.

What you will do

• Develop the China semiconductor business and product strategy and create solutions for complex, multi-faceted challenges.
• Lead customer insights, economic analysis, market research, new product introductions, strategic planning, communications, pricing, and competition analysis.
• Lead cross-functional teams and partner with semiconductor customers and ecosystem partners to develop Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) processes for device manufacturing.
• Demonstrate the value of hirify.global solutions to gain new business or prevent the loss of existing business.
• Plan, organize, and direct marketing activities across product, channel, digital, business and market development, branding, pricing, bids, agreements, and price optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Five years of experience in a P&L-managing role related to a product line or portfolio.
• At least three years of semiconductor experience; semiconductor CMP experience is preferred.
• Good project management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Collaborative interpersonal style and experience leading project teams.
• Passion and curiosity for addressing industry challenges.
