What you will do

• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of building and facility services.
• Oversee technical infrastructure, including electrical systems and utilities.
• Manage external service providers and technical contractors to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and internal standards.
• Support energy management, sustainability initiatives, and site-efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate maintenance planning, repairs, technical improvement projects, and facility-related stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, or HSE-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, technical infrastructure, and maintenance processes.
• Solid understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing external service providers and technical contractors.
• Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working approach.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
