Vice President Debt Advisory

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day execution of Debt Advisory transactions and work with senior colleagues on originating new mandates.
• Advise clients, banks, debt investors and transaction advisers on complex financing challenges and executable solutions.
• Prepare and analyse company and market information, cash flows, credit profiles and capital structures.
• Lead transaction analyses and marketing materials, including financing strategies, information memoranda, management presentations and financial models.
• Contribute to lender negotiations, maintain debt investor relationships and originate mandates in focus sectors.
• Coach analysts and associates and support the continued growth of the Debt Advisory team.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, including exposure to debt and capital structure advisory, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, capital markets or a comparable financing environment.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and financial modelling skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Entrepreneurial, analytical and intellectually curious, with attention to detail, ownership and the ability to meet deadlines.
