Senior Solutions Engineer II, Payments, EMEA (Fintech)

Location: Remote role associated with London, United Kingdom; regular travel up to 25% across the EMEA region is expected.

What you will do

• Lead technical strategy and solution architecture for Payments and Enterprise opportunities with Business Development.
• Run technical discovery sessions covering client requirements, regulatory considerations, and integration constraints.
• Design and present scalable architectures involving APIs, transaction flows, custody models, and settlement processes.
• Develop proof-of-concepts, implementation plans, and technical validation frameworks for enterprise decisions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Partnership Management on product gaps, integrations, and post-sale implementations.
• Represent hirify.global at client engagements, technical workshops, and industry events while maintaining internal product knowledge and supporting global Solutions Engineering projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Product Management, preferably in Payments, FinTech, B2B SaaS, or Web3 and blockchain infrastructure.
• Ability to translate complex topics into simple explanations and communicate effectively in individual and large-group settings.
• Client-centric approach and experience partnering with sales, client success, product, and technology teams.
• Demonstrated success designing and validating technical solutions for large enterprises.
• Hands-on experience with API testing, database querying, and sketching technical flows.
• Experience working with developers on SaaS product integration and development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Previous team management experience and strong cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with blockchain infrastructure, stablecoins, tokenized assets, or digital custody solutions.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in the EMEA payments industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for external events and meetings with EMEA partners and customers.
