Business System Analyst (Admin Team)

Location: Remote within the European Region; hybrid workplace with optional offices, remote work from almost anywhere, and relocation support.

What you will do

• Gather, validate, document, and manage business and system requirements.
• Model business processes, including crypto transaction flows, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze issues, risks, benefits, and business and technical impacts of existing and proposed solutions.
• Design and document integrations with blockchain networks, liquidity providers, payment systems, APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems.
• Create functional and system specifications, including PRDs, SRSs, API specifications, and diagrams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams; participate in integration testing, UAT, and validation of financial and transaction flows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, logical-thinking, and structured-approach skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply and in a user-friendly way.
• High prioritization, focus, and self-motivation.
• Good understanding of SDLC, PDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with business-analysis tools and process modelling, including BPMN and UML.
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including transactions, confirmations, fees, and wallets, plus knowledge of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and EVM-based chains.
• Experience with REST and WebSocket APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems.
• Understanding of the end-to-end transaction lifecycle: deposit, processing, settlement, and withdrawal.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis; ability to analyze logs, API responses, and transaction data; familiarity with Postman and Swagger.
• English level: B2, spoken and written.
