Business Process Owner (SAP SD / Order-to-Cash)

What you will do

• Lead business readiness for SAP S/4HANA SD and Order-to-Cash deployment.
• Align local teams with the program’s Core Model / Global Template and facilitate Fit-to-Template / Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Analyze, map, and assess gaps in sales, order management, delivery, billing, and customer-facing processes.
• Gather and clarify business requirements for SAP and Digital delivery teams while coordinating with local stakeholders and site management.
• Support testing, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, hypercare, change management, user adoption, and training.
• Identify deployment and process-readiness risks and share best practices across rollout locations.

Requirements

• Strong functional expertise in SAP SD and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Solid hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience working on international SAP transformation or rollout programs.
• Strong understanding of sales, order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and customer processes.
• Experience with Core Model / Global Template deployments.
• Hands-on experience with Fit-to-Template, gap analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Experience supporting UAT, deployment, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare.
• Fluent English and the ability to work effectively between Business and IT / Digital teams.
