What you will do

• Manage client relationships and daily administration for Global Capital Markets accounts of moderate to significant complexity and risk.
• Monitor account systems, databases, controls, cash flows, fee billing, reporting, and transaction activity.
• Review and comment on legal documents; coordinate risk monitoring, regulatory compliance, audit, and control activities.
• Research and resolve client service and control issues while working with internal partners, attorneys, financial advisors, and service providers.
• Support sales calls, fee proposals, transaction closings, client meetings, presentations, relationship growth, and revenue opportunities.
• Lead or support departmental projects, business product and process development, and mentoring of less experienced associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 2 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets; alternatively, 6 years of combined higher education and/or work experience including at least 2 years of relevant client service experience.
• High proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software.
• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Experience calculating discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws, and regulations.
• Proven problem-solving skills and strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
• Ability to comply with risk, regulatory, internal control, audit, and escalation requirements.

Nice to have

• CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification.
• Working knowledge of specialized internal software applications.
• Managerial or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ownership in jobs or projects.
