ML Engineer (Generative AI & LLMs)

What you will do

• Design, prototype, and productize scalable machine learning solutions using LLMs and real-world data.
• Build and apply LLM engineering solutions with popular LLM providers and their best practices.
• Rapidly prototype cutting-edge tools and research ideas, then turn prototypes into production-ready services.
• Work closely with clients and teammates in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Analyze data and connect machine learning work to product and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Expertise in LLM engineering, including familiarity with popular LLM providers and their best practices.
• Strong ability to rapidly prototype tools and research ideas and turn prototypes into production-ready services.
• Hands-on experience with statistics and machine learning.
• Proficiency with the Python ML stack, including Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and PyTorch.
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, SQL, Bash, and FastAPI.
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen, with the ability to assess data impact on product or business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related engineering field involving coding.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic systems, including tool use, memory, planning, or multi-agent coordination; applicants should show LLM projects and detail their ownership and contributions.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure, GitHub Actions, Spark, Neo4j Cypher, and graph databases.
