What you will do

• Design and build generative AI applications using open and proprietary large language models.
• Develop agent-based systems with planning, memory, tools, and orchestration.
• Create multi-agent, human-in-the-loop, and autonomous workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, and business workflows.
• Evaluate and improve model and system accuracy, grounding, reliability, and safety.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience with AI, generative AI, or agent-based systems.
• Hands-on experience with large language models, prompting, structured outputs, model routing, context management, and memory management.
• Strong Python skills and experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Pandas.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, hybrid retrieval patterns, and generative AI system evaluation.
• Experience building and deploying RESTful services with Flask or FastAPI.
• Experience working with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.

Nice to have

• Experience with large language model fine-tuning or parameter-efficient methods such as LoRA or QLoRA.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, OpenAI Assistants API, or Model Context Protocol.
• Experience with production machine learning operations, monitoring, observability, security, compliance, or data governance for generative AI systems.
