Product Manager, Analytics & Reporting

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for the Analytics and Reporting platform using Looker, Snowflake, and enterprise data lake infrastructure.
• Deliver AI-powered capabilities such as natural-language querying, automated anomaly detection, predictive reporting, LLM integrations, and smart summaries.
• Oversee LookML models, dashboard templates, embedded analytics, self-service BI experiences, data governance, intake standards, and SLA guidelines.
• Partner with Data Engineering on data modeling, ELT/ETL pipelines, Snowflake warehousing, cloud data lakes, query performance, and migration from legacy tooling.
• Ensure row-level security, data privacy, and public-sector compliance across analytics and AI capabilities.
• Align Product, UX, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Sales; gather customer feedback, support releases, and track adoption, performance, usage, and satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS organizations focused on data analytics, business intelligence, or data infrastructure platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Looker and LookML, Snowflake data warehousing, and cloud data lakes such as AWS/S3, Azure Blob, or GCP.
• Experience shipping AI/ML features into enterprise software, including natural-language querying, automated insights, or predictive modeling.
• Ability to influence Product, UX Design, Engineering, and QA stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to interview users, absorb information, and translate findings into user stories, acceptance criteria, samples, and prototypes for development and QA.
• Ability to collaborate with a Scrum team to deliver documented, valuable features that enable downstream teams to use them.
