Product Partnership Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of strategic technology partnerships from sourcing and initial discussions through onboarding, ramp, renewal, and applicable go-to-market motions.
• Negotiate partnership scope and complex commercial terms with legal, finance, and product stakeholders.
• Manage partner operating rhythms, including business reviews, executive touchpoints, and escalations.
• Define joint go-to-market activities such as co-marketing and integration announcements with the marketing team.
• Represent partner feedback, blockers, and opportunities in Lovable's product roadmap while communicating Lovable's priorities to partner roadmaps.
• Influence product and engineering decisions in the interests of users and the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product partnerships, platform partnerships, or business development at a software, technology, developer-tools, or adjacent company.
• Experience structuring and closing complex technical and commercial agreements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, legal, and finance.
• Ability to understand and articulate technology and collaborate credibly with product and engineering teams on both sides.
• Comfort managing relationships from working-level partner managers through C-level executives.
• Data-driven approach to defining metrics, tracking performance, prioritizing work, and evaluating partnership success.
• Strong judgment regarding which partnerships earn Lovable's trust.

Nice to have

• Technical or product background, including experience as an engineer, product manager, or founder.
• Experience with AI-native products, developer platforms, or integration ecosystems such as APIs, webhooks, and marketplace listings.
