TL;DR
Senior Functional Consultant (Enterprise Software): Leading functional solution delivery across IFS projects, from customer requirements and solution design to implementation, adoption, and business value assessment, with an accent on scalable CRIMs, data migration, reporting, and industry-specific process improvements. Focus on guiding project stakeholders, mentoring junior consultants, developing prototypes, managing risks, and aligning customer needs with IFS value-added services.

Location: Hybrid in São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil; willingness to travel nationally or internationally if required.

What you will do

  • Lead functional solution delivery across hirify.global projects, advising customers, partners, project stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Provide advanced expertise in hirify.global products, development lifecycle, tracking tools, Scope Tool, DBVA, and BVE assessments.
  • Design, review, and maintain CRIMs with emphasis on efficiency and scalability.
  • Identify business requirements, manage scope and project priorities, drive resolutions, and escalate deviations.
  • Apply document management, data migration, reporting, workshops, prototypes, and solution design practices to customer implementations.
  • Mentor junior consultants, contribute to training and knowledge sharing, and support best practices, business process improvements, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or IT, or equivalent education or experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to live the hirify.global values.
  • Fluent English and local languages.
  • Willingness to travel nationally or internationally if required.

Nice to have

  • University degree or equivalent professional qualifications relevant to the functional area or responsibility.
  • Experience with agile development methodology.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
