Process Engineering Intern (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: Moscow, Idaho, United States; onsite

Salary: $24.25–$33.00 per hour

What you will do

• Implement, modify, and document printed circuit board assembly processes.
• Support project execution by conducting experiments and collecting and reporting results.
• Assist with new process and component qualification.
• Design, implement, and modify tooling to improve processes.
• Provide support to engineering staff and management while applying SEL operating and manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• US citizenship required.
• Currently pursuing an engineering or mathematics degree at a local accredited institution.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Ability to learn new skills, assume new responsibilities, and work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Satisfactory background-check results.
• Negative drug-test result(s).

Nice to have

• Experience troubleshooting process machinery problems.
• Experience writing or conducting Design of Experiments.
• Working knowledge of electronics-industry manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Familiarity with modern test equipment.
