Senior System Engineer (C2ISR)

Location: Bedford / Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts, United States; limited travel as needed. Active Top Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Provide systems engineering support across requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, sustainment, and operations.
• Develop and manage system requirements, technical baselines, architectures, interfaces, and engineering documentation.
• Conduct technical reviews, assessments, trade studies, and analyses covering performance, cost, schedule, risk, interoperability, and technical effectiveness.
• Translate operational and user requirements into system and subsystem requirements using DoD and Air Force acquisition processes.
• Support MBSE, digital engineering, systems integration, cloud deployment, virtualization, and network architecture activities.
• Participate in IPTs, proposal evaluations, market research, risk and configuration management, sustainment planning, and technical recommendations to government leadership.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must have and be able to maintain an active Top Secret clearance.
• BA/BS degree in a related discipline.
• Three years of professional experience, preferably in a DoD environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with requirements development, production and deployment, operations and support, architecture development and implementation, modeling and simulation, MBSE, verification and validation, technical data packages, sustainment, and configuration management.
• Experience with network architectures, embedded systems, application deployment across varied systems and hardware, cloud deployment, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, including technology maturation, risk reduction, engineering and manufacturing development, and production and deployment.
• Familiarity with electronic warfare, air combat operations, live aircrew training, tactics and procedures development, range infrastructure architectures, and systems.
• Familiarity with foreign ground radar.
