What you will do

• Lead integrated drug discovery programs, coordinating clients, internal functional teams, workflows, scientific recommendations, and operational execution.
• Develop integrated program proposals, review active programs, and support other project leaders.
• Manage key accounts as the primary client contact for project management and relationship development, driving growth across in-vitro and in-vivo offerings.
• Support business development and marketing with scientific expertise, client communications, and drug discovery experience.
• Coordinate client inquiries through the Request Center and route them to appropriate technical teams.
• Provide strategic support to internal initiatives and collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Life science Ph.D. with more than 8 years of post-Ph.D. drug discovery and development experience in biotech or pharma.
• Documentable expertise in metabolism, immunology and inflammation, or broad modality-independent drug discovery.
• Ability to review data, resolve issues, and work effectively in a highly matrixed organization.
• Confident decision-making, strong teamwork, and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in an indoor office setting with minimal noise levels.

Nice to have

• Experience working with CROs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese.
