What you will do
- Lead the existing Data & Analysis team of four data analysts, QA specialists, and business consultants.
- Design and evolve relational data models and company entity-relationship models as new products are introduced.
- Organize and automate ETL pipelines with the CTO to reduce manual work.
- Establish data quality checks, metrics, human-in-the-loop processes, and algorithm testing for entity matching.
- Manage client projects from requirements analysis through delivery and ongoing support, primarily for banks and large companies.
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales support, evaluate new data sources and analytical methods, and document models, processes, and team knowledge.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or business intelligence, including 1–2 years of team or project leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and SQL, with experience designing and operating ETL processes.
- Hands-on experience with data quality checks, metrics, and correction processes.
- Proven project and client management experience, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Confidence explaining data-related concepts to non-technical audiences in both Greek and English.
Nice to have
- Python for data analysis or automation and experience with BI tools.
- Experience with public registries and open data, KYC/AML, non-performing loans, or banking projects.
- Experience with entity matching, graph data, or team training.
